Pickup Locations & Times

CRUISE PASSENGERS Your tour departs from the Waterfront Centre Check-In Office, conveniently located just steps from George Town Cruise Port. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure. Please provide the full name of your cruise ship at the time of booking. ON-ISLAND GUESTS Complimentary pickup is available from selected hotels and condos within the Seven Mile Beach corridor. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Please provide your full hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking so transportation can be arranged. Guests arriving independently, staying outside the pickup area, or without accommodation information provided at booking must meet at the Cayman Falls Plaza office, conveniently located across from the Westin Hotel. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure.

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Tour Duration: Allow approximately 3 hours from pickup or meeting point to return. The boat tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
• Cruise Passengers: Provide your cruise ship’s full name at the time of booking. Meeting instructions and the appropriate departure time will be confirmed afterward.
• On-Island Guests: Hotel pickup is available from selected accommodations within the Seven Mile Beach corridor. Provide your full hotel name at the time of booking.
• Direct Meeting Point: Guests arriving independently, staying outside the pickup area, or without hotel information provided at booking must meet at Cayman Falls Plaza.
• Reef Location: Snorkeling takes place at Coral Gardens or the Barrier Reef. The captain selects the site according to wind, waves, tides, and visitor levels.
• Marine Life: Observe wildlife without touching, feeding, chasing, or removing animals from the water.
• Food & Drinks: You may bring your own snacks and beverages. Glass containers are not permitted.
• What to Bring: Bring a swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and a change of clothes.
• Weather: The tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and come prepared.
• Weather Protection: If the Port Authority closes the port due to adverse weather conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
• No Port, No Pay: Cruise passengers receive a full refund if their ship is unable to call at Grand Cayman.
• Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Swimming Ability: Guests should feel comfortable swimming in open water to participate in reef snorkeling.
• Young Children: Snorkeling and flotation equipment is available for children ages 4 and older. Please bring an appropriate flotation device for children under age 3.
