Hotel Guests: Please provide the name of your accommodation at the time of booking so we can confirm your pickup location and time. Pickup is available from participating hotels and accommodations in the Seven Mile Beach area. If accommodation information is not provided at the time of booking, your meeting point will be Raleigh Quay Private Dock, 292 Raleigh Quay, Governor’s Harbour. Guests staying outside the pickup area may be asked to meet directly at a designated departure point. Your exact pickup or meeting instructions and time will be provided with your confirmation. Departure times vary seasonally, with the boat generally departing around 6:30 PM during summer and 5:30 PM during winter. Hotel pickups are scheduled earlier based on your accommodation. Please be ready at your confirmed pickup or meeting location 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
