Pickup Locations & Times
Buck Wild Hummer Tours is located in the town of Tusayan, 1 mile from the entrance to the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim. We are NOT located inside the National Park, so if you are meeting us at our terminal, we are in the town of Tusayan, just before you enter the National Park. We do NOT pick up in Las Vegas, Flagstaff, Sedona or any other locations besides the hotels listed, located in the town of Tusayan or inside the National Park South Rim. Tusayan Hotel Pickup time is approximately 5-15 minutes prior to tour start time. In Park Pickup time varies, and could be approximately 0 minutes BEFORE Tour Start Time, to 15-20 minutes AFTER Tour Start Time. This is because, depending on scheduled pickups, we first load people checking in at Terminal, then do Tusayan Pickups, then head into the park for pickups and the tour. If you are getting picked up IN the park, your tour duration will be less than the advertised tour duration because you are not traveling into the park with us before the tour, or traveling back to Buck Wild after the tour. You will NOT miss any viewpoint stops if you are getting picked up inside the park. IMPORTANT: You MUST reconfirm your tour at least 24 hours prior to tour date so that we can give you up to date information about pick up or check in time. We will also update via phone/text/What's App if there are changes before the tour begins. NOTE: During busy seasons, we offer limited pickup options inside the park for certain tour times. Busy times include Spring Break (approximately mid March-end of April), Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, and Christmas-New Years. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Our tour guide Jerry was awesome. Very information and personable. We got to see all the hot spots to view the Canyon. It is so worth the money.
David was amazing! Such a wonderful tour guide and such a nice human being. He noticed my husbands shirt from Marthas Vineyard (from a business trip) and asked if that’s where we were from…he said, no, we live in Virginia, but my wife is from NJ, and he said that he was as well…not too far from where I grew up. Anyway, David showed us some amazing views and we got to see so many elk during our drive. David also took many photos for our group. He did an amazing tour and gave us much knowledge about the Grand Canyon.
It was fantastic. God's creation at it's best. Sunset was extraordinary. Our guide (Samuel) was the best.

Jerry Lefthand was our tour guide and kept us so entertained with information about the Grand Canyon and Navajo history. He even taught us some Navajo language and took our family photos for us. He also brought a cooler with complimentary waters which were great for riding around in the August heat. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend.
Jerry has a unique perspective on the Grand Canyon because of his Navajo background, and he enjoys sharing that with his guests. Nice you got a little language lesson during the tour! Happy to hear you appreciated the cold water, and we appreciate the great review and the recommendation!
