The food wasn’t good, we ate only pasta for All day. În rest everything was very good.
Great way to see Gozo. We visited all the interesting locations and had a couple of swim stops. We had a very knowledgeable guide, Grant who talked us through all the stops. On the way back we stopped from at the blue lagoon near Camino.
Great experience with an excellent French-speaking guide, Ouissem
Kamel was great, and so was the tour! Thank you
Nice team, good music, beautiful view
From pick up, to drop of- perfekt 😁
Excellent overall experience. We were wondering that the day would be too long bur it was just long enough. Staff is nice and the jeep itself is for max 5 ppl + driver (we were 3 on our tour, a couple + another guest) so no need to spend more on a private tour, it’s intimate enough. We paid 85 per person for the 7 hours. Great value.
Absolute amazing team, they were nice and caring. They love Malta and take time to explain ! Special shoutout to Georges ! Hope to see you again next time.
Beatuieful Trip with Nice Guides
Our specific tour was called Sunset Jeep Safari: Gozo & Comino Combo Tour Self Drive. Although the self-drive jeeps were super fun, the staff and organization was chaotic. So much time lost organizing groups, and too many people stuffed on the boat. We looked around at the other boats in the swimming area in Camino and wished we'd been on one of those instead. Once on Gozo, even more chaos. They dump the whole boatload of us out on the pier and no one has a sign for each specific tour. When there were only a small number of us left, we saw that that was our tour group. The guides were fighting amongst themselves and were one short of a jeep. We had to drive out of the way to their "office" to sign contracts for the tour - complete waist of our time. Would never recommend this outfit. They need to train their staff and have signage for people when offering multiple tours at once.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with aspects of the experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points for the benefit of future guests. On the day of your tour, we had over 100 passengers participating in three different tours. Despite the number of guests, everyone was picked up in Malta on time, arrived at the Marfa Jetty on schedule, and was checked in. Wristbands were also provided to clearly identify which tour each guest was booked on. Our boats operated below their authorized passenger capacity, so we are disappointed to hear that you felt the boat was overcrowded. After the swimming stop at Comino, the boats continued to Gozo and passengers were dropped off at the Mġarr Jetty. Upon arrival in Gozo, the groups were organized and separated within approximately 10 minutes, after which the tours set off. We understand that any waiting can be frustrating, particularly when you are eager to start the tour, but with three different tours and a large number of participants, some coordination is inevitably required. Regarding the self-drive forms, these were sent to you via WhatsApp approximately 24 hours before the tour. They could have been completed in advance, which would have avoided the additional time spent completing the paperwork on arrival. We provide the forms beforehand specifically to make the check-in process as quick and efficient as possible. We appreciate constructive feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. At the same time, we believe it is important that the circumstances are accurately represented, particularly regarding the passenger capacity, timing, and the information provided to guests before the tour. We are pleased that you enjoyed the self-drive jeep experience, and we are sorry that the organizational aspects affected your overall impression of the day
