Driver did a great job explaining things and was knowledgeable. Saw abundant fish and giant sea kelp. Tour seemed a little too short.

The Boat looked worn at first glance, and there was no one in the line. It seemed everyone wanted to be on the submarine. Honestly, I am so glad that I chose this boat cruise. The glass windows on the bottom of the boat were huge, which allowed for amazingly clear viewing of the sea floor below. I also loved that the entire boat had no windows; this allowed the cool sea air to blow in (keeping me from feeling any crowding anxiety). The mats were easy and comfortable to sit on. I did not get seasick, which I easily do. The Captain/tourguide was amazing and gave a great explanation of both the history and the fish/seafloor. They gave many treats to the fish, which just gave an incredible viewing of the most unbelievable fish and creatures below. My family thoroughly enjoyed this boat trip and will definitely be doing it again.

Very informative and fascinating to look at the fish through the glass bottom of the boat. The captain was so friendly and even let us give the fish a snack to watch them come to the surface. Bonus sighting: a sea lion pup.

The captain was knowledgeable and professional and friendly. The views are interesting. I would have enjoyed a longer trip, but I would definitely recommend the excursion to those who want to learn about the ocean life near Catalina. I would take other visitors in the future.
