Airport transfer
He didn’t meet us with a board with our name! The driver messaged us with the place to meet him outside. Once we were outside I texted him because we still couldn’t find him! He said he would be around in a few minutes! No water was offered! It was fine we got where we needed to go but could have gotten a taxi for a lot cheaper with the same service!

Communication was terrific! Ease of pick up at airport and transport to hotel smooth and comfortable. Driver introduced himself , carried bags, courteous and good conversation. Would highly recommend Viator.

Convenient and friendly service
Will the driver arrived soon after I did. He had my name on the sign. He was very helpful and gave valuable information regarding restaurants and interesting sights within walking distance. The car was large and comfortable. He helped me with luggage and even helped me set up a taxi for the next morning.
