The place is very beautiful. But I do not recommend this company, I did not have the Spanish guide that it said when I paid, bad experience.
This was such an amazing experience, I will absolutely be back! I absolutely recommend this experience (10/10). Arther & our driver (I’m sorry I’m forgetting him name) were wonderful and helped create a great memory. Much love from New Yorkers (:
Really great way to see Giverney. Pick up and drop off was easy. The bus was comfortable and air-conditioned. Recommend it,especially for hot days and when train service is iffy!
I found out by chance that the trip time had been altered. I texted a number of times and yet when we did get to the meeting place there was no record of us. In the end we were booked onto the couch under a different name as there was no mention of ours. We were not told that we had to download the tour and bring headphones - we assumed that we would have the device to take around with us so we missed out on that and we were not the only ones on the tour. We were under the impression that lunch would be provided. The driver and tour guide - Arthur were excellent. Arthur was very interesting. Its a pity we were not informed of the various issues - my complaint is with the administration.
Good that you got group entry and didn’t have to queue for tickets but quite expensive for transport there and back and only two hours at the garden
Dear Judy, Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry that the time in the gardens did not meet your expectations, as well as the price. We will look into options that may be more convenient for customers. We hope you were able to enjoy the experience. We hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, Extime Travel (formerly Paris City Vision)
Punctual and attentive staff. Comfortable bus and good time dimensioning. But the link to the audio guide offered did not work. I used a free one for my phone.

Nos alegra saber que, aun así, pudo disfrutar de la actividad. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de acompañarle nuevamente en el futuro y ofrecerle una experiencia completamente satisfactoria. Saludos, Paris City Vision
Not enough time to see the gardens and Monets garden. Waste of money regarding the audio guided tour as we were not given headsets but a QR code download which didn’t work due to wifi problems. Tour guide Crystal wasn’t interested in helping us and basically said - you can complain to the operator and ignored us from then on. Disappointing

Wonderful trip. Commentary was excellent full of information.
Dear traveler, Thank you very much for your comment. We so glad to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your half-day trip to Giverny! We look forward to welcoming you again in the future. Kind regards, Paris City Vision
Five hours is too short with 3 hrs on bus and long slow lines we just barely had time to get thru everything and grab a sandwich to go for the trip back. If l were to do it again I would make sure of at least 6 hours. Or take the train to Vernon and then you’re in control of your time. The gardens were lovely and worth the trip but they deserve more time.
Dear William, Thank you for your comment. We’re sorry that the time wasn’t enough to fully enjoy the gardens. We’ve taken note of your suggestion and always aim to improve the experience for our customers. We hope to offer you more time to explore on your next visit. Thank you for choosing us! Kind regards, Paris City Vision
Magnificent to see such a famous garden in its Spring splendour. The colours and scents were amazing. The tour was a perfect length allowing time to wander.
