Itinerary
Stories of deaths and ghosts, rumors and murmurs in the Old Stone House
Why will no one live in these apartments for long? Could the building hold memories from when this was a Civil War hospital, full of moans and loss?
Walk the spooky streets on a night-time walk talking about the true (or as true as Victorian residents believed) stories of spooky curses, haunted houses, and the macabre (but still family friendly!). A Halloween vibe all year long.
We'll walk along the old "high street" - what was once a Native American trading road and is now home to the restaurants and shops of the neighborhood.
It's a legit haunted house—we've seen the ghost of a long-gone resident who refused to leave his life's work in this 18th-century home.
See the spooky dark spires of the campus' at night as we walk the cobblestone streets.
See the famed Exorcist steps.

Great experience. Sonia was fantastic and very informative. Definitely would refer this tour. Seeing Georgetown at night was fun and somewhat creepy. Loved we ran into an old ghostly lady (twice) creeped out the experience extra more.
Sonya was a great guide who was funny & knowledgeable. It was a cool walk through the haunts of Georgetown
Very informative and interesting. Your guide has character and made it fun. Consider bug spray but overall recommend this trip

This was an amazing tour! Our guide, Mariah, was so informative. She told interesting stories, mixed with hauntings and history. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the DC area who’s interested in spooky stories.

Our guide took us to several homes that are said to be haunted and told the stories of the ghosts that inhabit those homes. The tour ended at the house where the person who wrote "The Exorcist" lived when he wrote it, and the stairs from the final scene in the movie are right next to the house.
Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed the haunted homes, stories, and iconic Exorcist locations. We appreciate your kind review!

Friendly and knowledgeable host. I found the content to be more historical than spooky. The route was manageable; not too many hills or steps, except for the end, which is the Exorcist stairs!
Great way to learn some history about Georgetown! The tour was none stop facts and lore with some paranormal intertwined!
Thank you! We're so glad you enjoyed discovering Georgetown's history, facts, and paranormal lore. We appreciate your kind words!
Loved the tour. On the original night we had booked the tour, my wife was sick from bad clams eaten earlier in the day. The tour guide was nice enough to move us to the following night’s tour at no additional cost. Our guide - Wayne - was full of knowledge on the subjects. We stopped at places we never would have otherwise and got to hear the dark history behind each property. The tour was a highlight of our DC trip! Wayne even stayed after the tour and chatted with us about horror movies and took pictures of us on the Exorcist stairs. It was like hanging out with an old friend. Super engaging, super interesting and a ton of fun. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be reaching out to Wayne again!
Thank you! We're thrilled Wayne made the tour such a memorable highlight of your trip. We're so glad you enjoyed the stories, history, and great conversation. We truly appreciate your kind words!
