Tony was such an amazing tour guide. He could switch from Spanish to English to accommodate all of us. Clear instructions were given so we are at ease. He showed us best photo spots. He was also very knowledgeable. Highly recommended this tour!

Chiara was a wonderful guide, and the bus driver was great. The boat to Portofino was a little crowded, but it was OK. Loved all the things we got to see! If I could give Viator a zero I would for the complete Disaster in how they identified the meeting point. They had two different locations written, and neither one was correct. We were very concerned about missing the tripbecause of the terrible directions given.

Tour was great. Santa Margarita is very quaint and the Foccocia was wonderful. Portofino is a wonderful seaside town filled with great eats and treats. Amd Simona our guide was absolutely fantastic!

I booked and paid for 8 people for this tour. Our ticket read to meet at 9:30 am and the tour left without us at 9:35 am. We could not locate them at the pick up point at the very busy Genoa port. They could not arrange a meet-up later at our expense. Too bad - no refund. We're out $1,127.56 CAD. I would not recommend Veditalia Tours.

However, we aim to deliver a rich, multi-faceted experience beyond just visiting the harbor. Our shore excursion is carefully structured to include a traditional focaccia tasting, a scenic private boat transfer from Santa Margherita directly to Portofino, and a guided walking tour of Genoa’s historic city center. Given the full variety of activities, tastings, and scenic transport included throughout the day, we feel a two-word review doesn't quite do justice to the comprehensive itinerary provided.
