Powerful experience. Avishai was very knowledgeable and a very engaging storyteller!
The guide was incredible, in addition to being super knowledgeable, he was very helpful and friendly. I recommend 100%.
It has been a complex experience because of what it meant, but I must say that it has been a pleasure to share it with an excellent guide (Beny) who helped me and worried if I understood English all the time and who could translate into Spanish for me when I needed it. Furthermore, I found it a transformative, enriching experience, and Beny knew how to advise and accompany me like no one else. Visit to Sderot, Kibbutz Alumim, Sderot police station, Nova Festival memorial (very hard), and car graveyards of Israeli people from the terrorists. It is an experience that transforms you, that helps you understand, to relive... and above all, I insist, thanks to Beny who accompanied and knew how to do it like no one else in the experience. THANK YOU
Great day very moving l thought Well worth the money driver Jacob was kind considerate man Made it a great day thank you Sir
The Gaza Envelope tour was deeply emotional, meaningful and moving. We were picked up by our wonderful tour guide Amit Musaei a Nova Festival survivor and traveled down south in a very comfortable coach. Amit was very knowledgeable and informative about the History of Israel and the terrible atrocities of October 7th and the aftermath. We Would highly recommend Amit and this tour
Exceeded expectations. The personal stories from our guide really enhanced the experience.
Greatly appreciate you sharing your satisfaction with sevice and guides professional manner.
After 94 countries including Syria & Lebanon. This os the worst tour company I have ever dealt with. Their communication is terrible. They changed the pick up location without informing me or Viator. So I missed this tour. It was past the 24 cancelation period. So I did not get a refund. There are other tour companies in israel one can use. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY.
We certainly apologise taht this waas the case with your resevation, but there is NO way that the platform you booked through didnot have the correct info regarding pick up. If your contact info was provided then throught this you wuold havebeen contacted. Refund will be issued via your booking agent, As you can see on this platform, the tour is current and operating therefore the misinformation regarding pick up is updated. We are very greatful for all the previous a5 stars reviews an indication we certainly keep our info updated and travellers informed where we can.Changes do occur!
Heart wrenching but necessary to bear witness. Our tour guide was very informative and we learned a lot of smaller details that are not commonly known.
We are most appreciative of you sharing this meaningful experience you had travelling with us to this region.
It was a unique experience. I really wanted to commemorate the victims of crime and express my faith in the survival of the Nation. This journey was difficult and I am very grateful to the guide. He showed great culture and competence. Thank you
We are very pelased to read that you came away from this region, with a memorable and a meaningful tour experience . It is not easy to digest this all. We know our guides make every effort tao put together such a journey for all those who have chosen specifically to come to this area and see what is left from what occured there..
The trip had an exceptional guide, Udi. His sense of humour and personal perspective of the events of October 7th made this trip not only memorable and really informative, but foremost - I emotionally “survived“. I was afraid of strong and difficult emotions but the way he explained what happened here prevented me somehow from being too emotional. It doesn’t mean you don’t go deep down into your feelings, I just mean I could cope with it. The places we saw, the stories we heard, the imagination of what the victims might have gone through will stay forever with me. Take this tour if you come to Israel.
Thanks very much for sharing the signicicant and meaningful exdpereicne you had to this region. It is packed with emotional triggers for travelers . It is good to know that you came way with a memorable experience with such meaning and content.
