We are a family of several elderly adults, several middle aged adults and two young children (ages 4 and 8). Organizing the tour was easy. The email correspondence was prompt and clear. We prepaid for the tour (which always makes me nervous) but all went perfectly smooth. In the few days leading up to the tour, we received very clear Whats App messages as reminders and an introduction to our guide and driver for the day. On the morning of our tour, our guide messaged us upon arrival to our hotel and even arrived a bit early! Our guide, Aurora, was very friendly and mindful of the attention spans, walking speeds, interests, etc of our family. She was also mindful of how much we wanted to take photos and allowed time for that. We did not feel rushed. Her English was excellent. She welcomed all of our questions. Her knowledge was very impressive. We all had a great time. I was hesitant about the price of this tour, but having this private guide and a driver was so nice because these sights are quite spread out and cumbersome to reach for our big family with elders. Our family was so grateful to have this luxury to make the tour so stress-free. They were able to focus on the tour and a private guide meant they could hear well and not be in the back of a large group feeling left out. My father-in-law cried tears of joy inside the Sagrada Familia! Highly recommend! Very professional and enjoyable! Great experience from initial inquiry to end without any stress or errors. Our whole tour was excellent. Lupe met us promptly and we observed the old homes around Casa Batllo then up the street to the Masi house. We then took subway our choice Lupe suggested cab but our group was too large for one cab so we suggested the subway. It was quick and fun. Her extensive knowledge of Gaudi and the Sagrad Familia was great just The right amount. All In all an excellent experience.

The guide and driver were both great. They were extremely knowledgeable, were both fluent in English and customized the tour to our inerests and to accommodate our 97 year old mom.

Gloria showed us around some of the most interesting part of Madrid and was amazing in how she was able cater the walking tour aspect to out interests. Mine was the intricate and detailed architecture, clearly with Gaudí, but Gloria was also able to bring us to so many other amazing but less well-known buildings due to her intimate knowledge of the city! Additionally, she was super knowledgeable about the sagrada familia itself, especially pertaining to the symbolism present throughout its facades and making it was to the interior. The sagrada familia is a must-see in Barcelona, but the additional walking tour with Gloria really opened up the city to us and its possibilities. Highly recommend.
