Boston Hop-On Hop-Off All Day Sightseeing Tour

Really good experience. The operator was very knowledgeable about the sites of the city and was very good with his presentation.

Very disappointing and not worth the money. They advertise buses every 30 minutes, but we waited an hour at the very first stop. By the time the bus arrived, there were only about five seats available because cruise terminal passengers had been picked up first. They clearly did not have enough buses running for the number of tickets sold. To see attractions across the bridge, you also have to transfer to a smaller bus that only runs from one stop about every 40 minutes. For the price, the long waits and inconvenience made this a poor experience. I would definitely choose another sightseeing option in Boston.

Confusing where the pickup location was.

The bus isn’t always on time. We had to wait over 20 minutes to start our tour because the bus was late for some reason. We waited 20 minutes past the scheduled stop time at another stop. That was in the morning run. The afternoon experience was a lot better and more enjoyable.

Lala was the Best Part of the Entire Experience - we savored the 2 stops we had with her before the guides changed. In addition to having the entire tour down pat she had incredible quirky little tidbits and side stories.. ..was fascinated by the "Lone Walk" where "the departing governor takes a "lone walk" down the Grand Staircase, through the House of Flags, into Doric Hall, out the central doors, and down the steps of the Massachusetts State House...(who) then crosses the street into Boston Common, thereby symbolically rejoining the commonwealth as a private citizen." She also mentioned a street which used symbols for signs in the past since some folks were illiterate (ie. spine for back doctor?). Lala may even have mentioned the Boston Athenaeum Skin Book...and that Harriett Tubman bit on a bullet instead of anesthesia for her brain surgery.

Fun and interesting tour. Great tour guide. Comfortable ride. We totally enjoyed the afternoon. A great way to see the highlights.

Worst compagny, Zéro customer service, hung up on us twice and mean on the phone for a simple request of a location for point of pickup.

The double decker bus experience was amazing. Dave the driver was really great and the whole drive was very enjoyable. Not to over crowded which was lovely. However we also paid for the additional orange route (Charlestown) where we got off at USS Constitution and then waited over an hour for the next bus however it never arrived and we had to take an uber back. I think the double decker bus experience is definitely worth the money however I would get the ferry next if I was going to the USS Constitution.

1st bus, the guide could not be heard by the majority of people on the top. The bus was late starting as well. The 2nd bus was 30 minutes late at the only hop off point we took. Signed up for the ALL day 12 stop and was told once we arrived back at the pick up point the ride was done. Looked at the n print out and sure enough on the second page it stated 1-8 stops. Don't waste your money.
