Our associate was extremely helpful and friendly. We rented the S2 E Pro, my husband at 220 me at 145 they were a rough ride and a bit bouncy, but did the job. We would go back and rent from here in a heartbeat but next time we will get one with bigger tires LOL. But overall an excellent experience!
