It was very fun and informative. For those who love history and architecture, the tour would be perfect. Good opportunity for photos. The guide is friendly and funny. Loved it.
Jay was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting! We learned so much about Galveston.
We have been many times to Galveston but never learned about the historia of the city which is fascinating. Jay Lackey (Galveston Tour Co) gave us interesting informations about the city life before and after the 1900 hurricane while walking downtown by the gorgeous houses, buildings. We highly recommend this 90 min tour and explore after the Rosenberg library 4th floor navy museum!
It was a great tour with lots of stories and facts. We went in August and so it was definitely a hot walk. Our guide did a great job and made it fun. He even shared bottles of water with us as we forgot to bring our own.
We enjoyed the tour with Jay. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. I’d highly recommend this tour with Jay.
Very informative on each story told as we toured. I researched several people i learned about. Really a good experience.
First time in Galveston...was disappointed in the beach and found this tour. It saved the weekend. I wish I knew the guides name as he gave a great tour. I didn't want it to end!
Our tour guide Jay was great. The history fascinating, the architecture beautiful. Interesting to see areas that made me think of New Orleans. Probably should have done the tour at a cooler time of year. LOL.
Easy to book, efficiently handled, and excellent follow-through. We have used them in the past with the same exceptional results..
