Misleading/false advertising but still a good day out
Me and my partner had a very good day but I feel it was falsely advertised.
Firstly we were out for over 12 hours! Pick up at 7:20am and then returning by 8pm due to picking up many people on the way with a 2.5 hour drive from riviera maya to Cancun
Secondly when you arrive at the port, be prepared for large ques for checking in, very unorganised chaos. 100s of people crammed onto each boat where the trip states 32 people maximum another lie.
Thirdly there is no lunch or ‘premium’ drinks on board. Yes we were served beers and pre made cocktails and soft drinks but it was very limited.
When you get to the island there is around 500 people waiting in line to get basic buffet food. Free drinks again very poor with basic options. You will also be forced to try tequila with very pushy sales people.
Overall the snorkeling was great and the boat staff extremely helpful and friendly but I just think they should be more honest about what to expect. The island was also very beautiful with lots of free time but you do get pressured to go into all the shops and give tips /massage and pay expensive for sun loungers

Pick-up and return times can vary considerably depending on the location of each hotel, traffic and the number of pick-up stops along the Riviera Maya. During busy periods, both the port and Isla Mujeres can also be very crowded, something unfortunately beyond our control.
Drinks on board and the buffet lunch on the island are included in the tour, as mentioned in the description. We’re sorry if the selection did not meet your expectations. Likewise, any shopping, tequila tasting, massages, sun loungers or additional services offered on the island are completely optional and are not part of our tour.
You are absolutely right regarding one point: the boat has a maximum capacity of 45 passengers, not 32. We sincerely apologize for this incorrect information in the listing and have corrected it so that future guests receive accurate information before booking.

Great Catamaran experience
We needed a last minute excursion to fill our time in Cancun and we were very pleased with the service. On time pick up and drop off. Everything is perfectly timed and we noticed that everything was smooth from beginning to end.

Punctual tour, but be ready for rude staff and mandatory tips
The good:
• The transport is clean and on time.
• The catamaran crew is friendly.
The bad: Everything negative other reviews say is true.
• No snacks on board and the buffet is terrible.
• I asked about the photo prices in advance, but they don’t tell you the cost until the end, once the photos are already printed. That’s when they inform you that 1 photo costs $15 USD and 5 photos cost $50 USD.
• The tip is “mandatory” (they practically pressure you into it regardless of whether you enjoyed the service or not), and it’s not just one tip: there are 3 separate tips (transport, crew, and restaurant).
• When there’s a miscommunication, staff respond rudely, for example: I paid for a ticket that included my son (almost 3 years old) as an infant, and I was told beforehand that he wouldn’t have to pay the tax since children under 5 travel free. At check-in, they told me I had to pay it anyway, and when I said I had already been told otherwise, they responded that my son wouldn’t have a seat on the return trip — with a really bad attitude, implying he wouldn’t be able to travel. I explained that the ticket allowed him to sit on my lap at no extra cost, and although they eventually accepted this, the attitude was terrible. When I spoke to the person who had originally given me the information, they also answered me very rudely.
I don’t recommend it.

The photography service is not provided by our company; it is operated independently by a third party, and its prices and conditions are entirely outside our control. This is clearly indicated in the tour description.
Likewise, children under the specified age travel free but do not have an individual seat and must travel on the accompanying adult’s lap, which is also clearly stated before booking.
We always strive to provide clear and transparent information to our guests, and we regret that these published conditions led to such a negative impression of our service.

Great trip to a beautiful place "Isle of the women"
A great few hours away with half hour snorkeling at sea then we had about 2 hours on the island, which is absolutely beautiful. We spent most of it on the Sea then bar as was so hot. We had the premium package of drinks and the staff on the boat were fantastic, coming around with drinks and plenty of tequila. Honestly, this was a great trip and I went with my wife, 2 daughters and their partners

Scam artists at its best….do not book!!
Do not book!!! You’ve been warned, let’s start off with once you book they will wait until the early morning hours(1-2am) to send you the pickup time hoping you’ll be a no show so they can keep your money. They so kindly offered next day activity but we were flying out on a red eye the day of the excursion so they keep the money. Scam scam……we booked 8 people to the total of $1800 so don’t get hooked like I did.

Your booking confirmation clearly states that the pickup time is estimated and is confirmed the day before the tour, which is standard procedure for this activity. We sent your confirmed pickup time as indicated, but unfortunately your group did not show up at the designated meeting point, so the reservation was recorded as a no-show in accordance with the booking terms.
Even though the reservation was non-refundable due to the no-show, we made an exceptional gesture and offered to reschedule your tour at no additional cost. Unfortunately, this option did not work with your travel plans, which we understand, but that does not change the applicable policy.
We work hard every day alongside our guides, drivers, and operations team to provide a reliable service, and no-shows affect not only our company but also the people who dedicate their time to making these experiences possible.
We respect every guest's opinion, but we also believe it's important that future travelers have the full picture. Great trip! Highly recommend
We had a great trip sailing to Isla Mujeres. The crew was super friendly, they served everyone the entire time on board and played great music while sailing. They offered easy off/on once on the island. We did not have to wait through the long lines to board the boat…we had a semi private dock area. They also offer professional photos for purchase.

Recommended
I loved booking the tour with Guido's agency because they fulfilled everything they advertised. The only thing I noticed is that there was little variety in the food. The rest was all okay.
