This was an amazing amazing experience!!! It was thrilling but not too scary. Our guide was experienced, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. A must for anyone who visits Peurto Rico!!! Take note that the length of the tour varies and our tour took way less than 7 hours which worked well for us.
This was the highlight of our trip. We had a WORKOUT and our anxiety was going with the waterfall rappelling but our guides were all so patient and kind and motivating. S/o to Sally, Diego and Sammy (and pepa-the dog on the job). Would 100% recommend to all our friends. We had a GREAT time and lunch at grandma’s house was as authentic as it can get.
Had a great time at El Yunque. The guides were super friendly, pickup was easy and my family and I enjoyed the nature!
This was without a doubt the best experience we had in Puerto Rico. I did this tour with my 15-year-old daughter, and it turned into one of the highlights of our trip and a memory we'll always share. We were a group of 10 people (three families) who didn’t know each other beforehand, and the atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish. Sally, Diego, and Sami were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable and safe while keeping the atmosphere fun throughout the day. The route is not too difficult, and the attractions are managed in a very professional and safe way, with a lot of patience. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, the activities were exciting, and everything was very well organized. You could really see how much the team enjoys what they do. If you're visiting Puerto Rico, don't miss this tour. It was worth every minute, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable

It’s definitely a challenging hike but the views are so worth it!!! I’m so glad i did it
The three guides were fantastically patient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! It IS physically challenging for the first 30 mins or so. TAKE SHOES! My daughter thought flip flops would work…. In a jungle…. Well made water shoes or Tivas work great. Grandmas food was just frikkin fantastic. Buy the rum ;). I took my 17 & 13 year old and I’m SO glad we went. Worth it!!
Awesome experience. Knowledgeable and friendly guides. Learned about local customs and local history. The rain forest was beautiful. The repel and zip lines were exhilarating, but over too soon. One complaint, the website said 5 zip lines and there were only 3. But it was still great.
This was one of my favorite activities of my trip! The guides, Sally, Diego, and Sammy did such an amazing job educating us about the plants and animals as well as keeping us safe while we hiked, rappelled, and zip lined through the forest. We also were given an amazing lunch at Abuela’s house and had the opportunity to try some homemade rum. Such fun experience! 10/10 would recommend!
The waterfall rappelling and zipline tour is definitely one of the coolest and most fun adventures to experience when visiting Puerto Rico! My husband and I had already done this tour once, but we came back a second time because our 12-year-old daughter wanted to try it too—and she had an absolute blast! A huge shout-out to our tour guides, Sally, Diego, and Sammy. They were incredibly friendly, funny, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, we finished with a zipline ride and enjoyed a delicious homemade lunch prepared by Abuela. It was the perfect ending to an amazing adventure. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be booking another tour the next time we visit Puerto Rico. Highly recommend!
Thank you guys so much for joining us! You all did great on the rappelling (specially your daughter:). We'll be more than happy to take you all out again someday!
