Any extra transportation is at your expense. • Children 5 and under are not allowed on the tour or the bus. • Buses do not have car seats and cannot accommodate them. • A waiver will be texted to you. All participants must read and sign it before boarding. Notify us 24 hours prior if you do not agree. • The Rainforest tour is challenging, and moderate fitness is required. • You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces. • The guide may deny participation for safety reasons. • Follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour (non-refundable). • We reserve the right of admission. • No alcohol, no smoking, and no coolers on the bus. • Only one small carry-on bag per person (no large luggage). • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. • Life vests provided and required for Rainforest and Beach portions. • Cotton socks are required for the Rainforest (worn together with water shoes or hiking shoes). They offer better traction on mossy rocks. • Closed-toe shoes recommended; no flip-flops in the Rainforest. • Tour operates rain or shine. • Weather may require route adjustments. • Participants join the tour at their own risk. • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. • Late arrivals = no-show (non-refundable). • Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities not included. • Not wheelchair accessible. • Service animals allowed. • Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy. • Maximum of 19 travelers.

The 3 in 1 Tour was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! ACTUALLY MORE THAN WE EXPECTED! Jasmine was PHENOMENAL, INFORMATIVE and made it so much! She was ENGAGING, ENERGETIC AND VERY CARING TO EVERYONE! Rarei the driver was a cautious driver and assisted all of us on the Rain-Forest Slide! He interacted and made us all feel safe including our personal property we left on the bus! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS 3 in 1 TOUR TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR AN INFORMATIVE, ADVENTUROUS AND FUN DAY OUT! You get a BIG BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! THANK YOU ALL FOR A MEMORABLE TIME!
Stop reading the 5 star reviews and BOOK THIS TOUR FAST! This was my first time in Puerto Rico and I had so much fun! This was the first tour I went on the day after I landed and I will say this tour influenced me to definitely come back in the future! First, Jorge was an amazing tour guide! He was energetic, kind, accommodating, funny and helpful. I was running late to my pick up location and Jorge was able to workout the pick up location logistics with me so that I could make the trip! From Old San Juan, El Yunque, and the beach, Jorge gave us the rich history and background to the island. I had so much fun and participated in the rock slides and even jet skiing on the beach for the first time ever! The stop we made for food at this Puerto Rican business on our way to the rainforest was so good!!!! Empanadas were the best I've ever had- it tasted like my mom's cooking! It was well worth the money! The van was cool and Jorge was a great DJ! Thank you for such a great experience I will recommend it to friends and family for sure! WEPAAAAAAAAA!!!

This was a great activity of you’re short on time. Gabriel, our guide, was relaxed and knowledgeable. I do wish we had had more time in old San Juan, but the fruit shop, the natural water slide, and the beach were amazing.
A must do! The guide Jasmine and driver Rafi were great (and funny).
Great time, very knowledgeable and fun people! The natural water slide was slippery so walk with black socks and stay low (bend knees). When sitting don't lay back when sliding down & hold arms out to sides... ¡WEPA!

We loved the three stop combo trip! Jorge was a great tour guide. He was funny and knowledgeable. He worked hard to engage our group. He shared so much of the Puerto Rican history and culture. None of the three stoops felt rushed. Everything was timed just right. He had a great variety of music to try to engage his group on the rides from the stops.
The tour guy was the best, he took care of our phone. Made sure we got pictures and videos. He was the best. Looking at other tour guys we had the most fun & we the most secure!
