Pickup Locations & Times
Please note that your pick-up time is one hour after the scheduled arrival of your flight. Our Meet & Greet staff will be waiting for you at Exit GATE 13 of the airport. Look for the sign with the code SW39, and give your name to the staff member. They will introduce you to your driver, who will take you to the city center where you will meet your tour guide. The drive to the center should take about one hour. During the tour, you will be exploring Istanbul on foot and using public transportation such as trams and ferries. The car will only be used for pick-up and drop-off at the beginning and end of the tour. We recommend storing any luggage you have at the airport while on tour, but if that is not possible, we can arrange for your luggage to be stored at a secure location during the tour. When it's time for your flight home, please note that the tour will end three hours before your departure time, and you will be dropped off at the airport two hours before your flight. This should give you plenty of time to check-in and get your boarding passes. If you have any walking difficulties, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for a private car at an additional cost. We hope you enjoy your time in Istanbul!
