Great day out without the tourist traps
Great day out with a solo tour with Bau and Uc - just our little group comprising of my wife and daughter. Cycled around the countryside and the Delta - really getting to experience the authentic Vietnamese lifestyle and culture. Went to the Chi Chi panels. What an experience. Topping the day off at a family restaurant. A great day had by all.

Great day and great way to see the tunnels with a glimpse of local life.
Great day. We started early so avoided the worst of the heat and cycled around the back lanes around Cu Chi. A particularly interesting stop was at a place that was making rice paper. We then cycled on to the Cu Chi Tunnels where our guide Le led us around and provided lots of interesting insights.
Overall a great day. Le was great - fantastic English and very eloquent too, sharing with us insights into Vietnam’s recent history, the country we were cycling around etc, which added hugely to our day.

Fittest way to see the Cu Chi tunnels

Great cycling day to Cu Chi tunnels
We cycled 40km from outside HCMC to the Cu Chi tunnels on very good bikes, authentic countryside and Joe was very friendly and telling us about everything around.
We stopped at a couple of small villages for drinks and pho, giving us traditional Vietnamese experience.
We had a stop for the torrential rain of about half an hour that probably affected our time in the tunnels as we had to do the visit a little quick. The tunnels are very interesting.
We had a great day !
