The tour is a disaster. First of all, the driver arrived 1.5 hours late to pick us up, in a small car where we barely fit and there was hardly any room to sit properly. The Spanish-speaking guide is nowhere to be found; he is just a driver who takes you to places and does not speak at all, and what he does say is only in English. He took us to places that are not indicated in the tour, a Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World which was also not mentioned, making us lose more time... and several shops where we had to listen to a salesperson to buy things. Moreover, he told us that the mosque was closed and that he would not take us to see it, when starting at 2:30 PM on Fridays it is open to the public (something that is also not mentioned when booking the tour). We had to insist that he take us there. Additionally, I was not given the abaya at any moment; I had to pay for one, which incurred an extra cost for me. We also did not make the stop to visit the Al Qswan palace. For lunch, he wanted to take us to a buffet where the price was outrageous for a tourist, 40 euros per person. The information provided in the tour does not match the service rendered. I had no confirmation from the agency until that same day at 9 AM, when the pickup was supposed to be at 8:30. I was contacted by up to 4 different people... In short, it was a complete disaster; I am not at all satisfied with the service provided.

Spent very good and lovely day with Ahmad from Executive Tours on Abu Dhabi Full Day Tour. Visited Grand Mosque (rented lovely abayas for ladies, gents to have long trousers or typical cloth can be bought in the Mosque lobby), Emirates Palace, Heritage Village, Art District, Date Market / Shop and Yas Marina Ferrari World. Made a stop for lunch in local Pakistanian buffet restaurant, very tasty and plenty to choose from. Ahmad was all day helpful a patient (we stayed a little bit longer there and there), good and safe driving.
Beautiful trip to Abu Dhabi. On-time pickup by driver. Small group very good, but no German tour guide according to booking. Tour is very tightly paced on site. Carpet visit that is not in the services does not have to be, time would be somewhere else more appropriate. Also missing from the booking is the note that the abaya is charged for the mosque and only cash to pay for the bar. Those who do not know this and have not dressed accordingly will not come to the mosque.
I start by saying that it was a good experience to live Abu Dhabi, but with the organization we are not there, the appointment with the driver was at 9:00, then sn became 9:30 finally arrived at 10:15, x which we arrived late about 11:50 at the great mosque, nn spoke Italian we communicated in English with the help of the translator, anke if I paid x the guide precisely Italian, in the price was included the 'abaya but did not even know it, well in the end he pleased us accompanying us a little everywhere, but nn was not what I had requested at the time of booking.

The description says that you will be picked up at 8:30am, which was one of the reasons why I decided to go on this tour (other providers would not have left until 9am according to the description). Shortly after booking, I was informed via WhatsApp that I would be picked up at 9h. So far so good, I went to sleep in the evening, to get a message from the driver the next morning (which was sent around 11:30pm) that I will be picked up between 9:30am and 10am. When no one was there shortly after 10h, I went to the 1. WhatsApp number asked how it looks - the answer was "I'll check". Calls were not answered in principle, so the communication took place via WhatsApp texts. After more requests, when someone will come, the driver gave me his location. At least I was reassured that someone else was coming. At just before 11:15am it was finally time for me to be picked up. Despite the initial difficulties, it was a tour worth seeing and we were just back in Dubai later (so the duration was not shortened due to the late departure) - especially at this price totally ok. You just need nerves when it comes to picking up. The only thing I thought was a bit of a shame was that time was a bit tight with 1.5h in the mosque. I would have much preferred 2h and only 30min (instead of 1h) at Ferrari World. Here you can see the entrance, which is cool, but the rest is just a shopping mall, which was absolutely not interesting for me on the Abu Dhabi trip.
