Dire! 7 destinations checking in at 10 consecutive desks including Special assistance who had priority. 1.05 to check in, baggage belt failed, told to leave (unweighed) bags at desk=chaos.Short of manpower. PA system low volume and drowned out by internal construction noise. 4 departures through one doorway, total lack of information-Gate 3, no Gate 8, queue 45 mins, Gate 3! 180 people move against the queue of 3 x 180 through same doorway. 20 mins later Gate 8! Join same queue of 3x180 trying to progress through said doorway. Total of 3.30 stood queuing. Have used the airport 6 times now, it is getting worse, partially due enhanced security but mainly due inept management, lack of information and staff shortage. Plan ahead pre departure!
Great experience, seamless transfer to my hotel, driver was waiting for me outside with a sign of my name, got me to the hotel quickly and safely. I'll be using them on my transfer back too.
Good comms, on time, driver was friendly, printed name on a board when I exited from the airport. I didn't know you have to go outside though past the meeting area. A taxi guy inside told me
