Very good. A long day but so worth it. Our tour guide Haja was excellent, she was informative, great fun and so easy to understand and to be with, nothing was a problem for her. She went above and beyond her duty to make sure everyone knew where they were to be and at what time and what there was to see and do in the area. And Maximillian, our driver...so careful and safe and so good, it was a pleasure to have him in control around those hairpin bends!!!
Today my experience was not good. I booked one day back. Viator confirmed iit & give confirmation. My pickup time was 7 am. I was there at 6:45 am. After arrival I contacted with two tour guides there. They told me my name is not there list. I showed them my booking confirmation. Then they told me that their was overbooking. Then I give message to service provider they asked me to next bus at 8:15 am. I booked in panaromic carrier but i didn’t get panaromic carrier. I totally disappointed by this mismanagement.
This was one of the most memorable day tours of my trip to Switzerland and definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had. The journey through the Swiss Alps on the Bernina Express was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like travelling through a real-life fairyland, with spectacular mountains, crystal-clear glacial lakes, beautiful Swiss meadows, forests, and charming countryside villages along the way. Every moment offered another stunning view, and it was difficult to take your eyes away from the window. Spending time in St. Moritz was also an unforgettable experience. Walking around the station area and along the beautiful lakeside, surrounded by the magnificent Alpine scenery, was truly special. The peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty of the area made the visit even more enjoyable. It was a full and exciting day filled with beautiful views and wonderful stories about the history and culture. Would book again alone for the sights. Marina was a fabulous guide and navigated a group of tourists speaking three different languages.
Great experience. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am certain it felt like she had conversations with each person. It really did not just feel like a mass group, but like you were seen as an individual. The train ride was lovely and the train staff were also very pleasant. My only problem was the early morning start, lol, but that could not be avoided.
