Good value day hike, with impressive scenery...
A very good value day of hiking with some impressive scenery. The communication was good the day before the hike, and we were picked up on time from the agreed meeting point. Our guide was friendly and clearly wanted all of the group to have an enjoyable experience. The lunch was rustic but tasty. The hike involves quite a bit of elevation gain, and the paths were uneven with lose rocks - so certainly more of a challenge than many of the other advertised walks in the area. I'd recommend.

Well—organised, beautiful hike in countryside and mountains.
My adult son and I did the Talamrout hike with Abdul. Booking was easy, and Redouane was very quick to answer questions and organise our pickup. Pickup and the drive to Imlil and return was comfortable and safe, and a great way to see the countryside and towns outside Marrakech.
Abdul was an extremely professional guide, well-equipped, friendly, and happy to share his local knowledge. The hike through the walnut and cedar groves to the top was lovely, and lunch at the col was beautifully cooked and delicious. I would happily book another adventure with Toukbal Hiking and would count myself fortunate if Abdul was our guide. Thank you!

A must-do hike!!
A must-do hike. Incredible view of the mount Toubkal, passing by villages in the mountains like Imlil and Tamatert. I was happily surprised that it was not too touristic/not a too crowded experience. Radouane was an amazing guide, telling us about the history of Morocco, the High Atlas, its people that we met on the way, how the village works, explaining us some things on the flora and fauna of the mountains in its most natural way. Good shoes are recommended as it can get slippery or steep, especially while descending. Other than that it was a good, physically demanding hike but nothing too complicated. Highly recommend!!

Fab days hike (2,600 metres) in Atlas Mountains.
Great trip away from the madness of Marrakech into the Atlas Mountains.
Full day after 8.30 pick up.
Went to 2,600 metres, could see some snow on high peaks around.
Lovely lunch after at local house.
Was 11 of us in total.
Great day.

Lovely trip with amazing views and a great guide.
Our guide Rashid was lovely! Very knowledgable and friendly about the local area and hiking in itself. He was able to tell us about the local flora and fauna and about the local culture and traditions.
The food at the rest stop was delicious too!
The only thing I did not like was on the way back the driver told me he was very tired as he had to get up too early as my hotel was far away and that the locals don’t like it when tourists do trips like this as they’re not spending money in the towns and city - talking yourself out of work?!

This was a brilliant trip...
This was a brilliant trip - we booked it the night before and still had great communication/everything well organized. The transport was straightforward and we were met by friendly people. The walk itself was beautiful and we did not find it touristy at all which was a relief. We did the walk safely in trainers and managed but we would have much preferred to have trail runners or boots on for the extra grip. The lunch was good and plenty of it which was good as we did work up an appetite after a couple of hours walk. The view from the top is well worth it! On the way down we got to walk through part of the village which was a nice way to end the walk. The best part was that our guide Abdul was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. It was my friends first time climbing to a mountain summit and he really helped her to feel calm, comfortable, and confident - offering her a hand to steady her or pointing out where to step if needed. I was also able to chat with Abdul and he is easy to have a conversation with and very open about his life. Overall very much recommend if you like mountains, walking up them, and want to get away from the busyness of the city.

Amazing hike, food and guide
Amazing hike! A must do for any keen hikers visiting Marrakech. Amazing views throughout, the tea and lunch was very good also.
Our guide Abdul spoke great English and was very supportive and friendly.
Top tips:
Grippy footwear like walking boots or walking trainers are important as there are some bits where you could slide if not wearing proper footwear.
Bring sun cream even if the weather doesn’t look sunny in Marrakech, you’ll be in the sun for most of the day.
Definitely do this walk if you have time and enjoy hiking it was one of our favourite parts of Marrakech!

Great (just needed to be a little more challenging)
Well organised and all worked well. Beautiful scenery at the snow line.
We did 19km of mountain walking on good paths (until I asked for a more challenging route). Can be done in good trainers and as long as moderately fit.
If you are an experienced mountain walker this is not challenging and you may feel a little short changed. As Ramadan I felt guilty asking to do a little more to suit my pace and experience. Food was excellent and Abdul, my guide, was delightful. Definitely recommend to get out to the mountains and escape the madness of Marrakesh.
