Everything went well with the Sally agency, an airport transfer in Istanbul at a reasonable price, the driver was on time and we reached the airport quite quickly. Sally, the agency manager, is very friendly and gives good advice! I recommend it!
We booked a shuttle transfer from our hotel to Istanbul airport last week. Had to pay up front. Booked for a 6am pickup (have the receipt to prove). By 6.30am, we were still waiting, and they hadn’t contacted us. Called and messaged them on WhatsApp, they said they would “check with the driver.” 5 minutes later they said there was traffic and driver was delayed. They said they’d sent a taxi to pick us up which would arrive in 15 minutes. However we were already running late for our flight and couldn’t wait, so we ordered our own taxi. Made it to the airport with very little time to spare. Interesting to note there was no traffic on the road. I messaged them on WhatsApp and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. However no refund has been sent through, and they have stopped replying to my messages. Very disappointed by the lack of communication and our lack of refund.
