Stop by our office first at 09:30am for the check in procedures necessary for the tour. Don't forget to bring all the documents required. The tour will depart at 10:00am from Florence. The drive to the Chianti will take about an hour, during which your guide will outline the day's itinerary and share fascinating insights about Tuscany’s history, culture, and landscapes. As you relax and take in the scenic drive enjoy the rolling hills, dotted with vineyards and olive groves. Your guide's engaging stories and knowledge will enhance your appreciation of the region, making the drive both informative and enjoyable. Differently from other companies offering vespa tours from Florence visiting only the nearby hills, we will take you to an exclusive area in the heart of Chianti region famous for amazing sceneries and closed to the most famous Tuscany Medieval Town called San Gimignano.
Reach our head quarter in the heart of the Chianti region at 10.40am where you will meet you local leader. After a test drive to make sure you are comfindent on the vespa and safety procedures you will be ready to kick the road.
Start the ride towards quiet and scenic roads through the rolling hills of the Chianti region where some of the most famous Tuscan wines are produces and fall in love with the fields of vines, cypresses and Tuscan rural houses. Many photo stops opportunities. Along our itinerary, we are going to be able to see the skylines of the incredible Medieval villages like San Gimignano and listen to the legendary stories that these places hold from your local guide.
Our next destination will be a charming local winery, where the warm and hospitable owners will greet you and guide you through their beautiful property. You'll have the chance to explore the vineyards and learn about the intricate process of wine production. Afterward, you'll be treated to a delightful and authentic Tuscan meal, featuring a tasting of their exquisite wines and premium extra virgin olive oil. This experience promises to be an absolute treat, immersing you in the rich culinary traditions and flavors of Tuscany.
Hop again on the vespa and prepare to enjoy the final leg of your scenic drive through the breathtaking Tuscan countryside. As you traverse the winding roads, you'll be surrounded by rolling hills dotted with ancient olive groves, verdant vineyards, and picturesque farmhouses. The vespe is the perfect vehicle to allow you to fully immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of Tuscany, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.
Return back to the same starting point in the afternoon with a camera full a photos and a heart full of joy. Before leaving the group, go quickly through the final check of the vehicle and get ready to return back to Florence on a 45 minutes ride at 5:00pm

- Previous scooter/Vespa/motorcycle driving experience is required and mandatory: A driving test is conducted by the team before the tour to verify the real ability to drive and being confident on a Vespa. Any participant unable to drive scooters safely may ride double with the partner or won’t allowed to attend the tour. No refunds will be granted in these cases.
- A valid credit card for preauthorization is required as a guarantee in case of damages to vehicle. (No prepaid card | No American Express cards | No bancoposta)
- A driver's license valid in Italy is required and must be presented upon arrival.
- Drivers must be at least 18 years old and passengers at least 15 years old
- The vehicle weighs 88kg (194lb)
- The height of the saddle from the ground is 81cm (2'). Not recommended for people smaller than 1,60m (5’3”)
- Max speed of the vehicle is 48km/h (29.82 mph) on flat roads / 15km/h (9.32 mph) on hills
- Vespa Primavera 50cc or Zip provided for the tour. Max weight on the Vespa50cc is recommended at 160 kg total (353 lbs)
- Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements. We are able to provide a vegetarian option for the included Tuscan light lunch upon prior notice at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate vegan requests or specific dietary intolerances.
- T&C in case of rain: Weather conditions can change quickly and may vary from one area to another. A rain forecast does not mean the tour will be cancelled or changed. Tours operate as scheduled whenever conditions are safe. We recommend bringing a raincoat and a set of spare clothes. In case of light or occasional rain, the Vespa tour will continue as planned. If heavy rain makes riding unsafe, the group will stop and wait for conditions to improve. Participants will then return the Vespas to our office with the tour leader, and the tour will continue by minivan. Vehicles cannot be left along the route. In case of persistent heavy rain before departure, the tour will operate by minivan.

We had such a great time! Alex was an amazing guide and made the tour so much fun. He provided great information on the history of the Vespa and all of the towns and vineyards we visited. Alex was a big reason this trip was so much fun. Just an outstanding guide with a great local perspective on things. If you want to enjoy seeing the countryside at a slower pace and really enjoy the views, I can’t recommend this tour enough. We spent the perfect amount of time riding the Vespas and the tour was just the right length. The lunch at the winery was amazing and the wine tasting was great!
Alex was an amazing tour guide, helps you get a hold of the vespas and lots of knowledge about all of the places we went. Beautiful scenery and vespas are very easy to use. Definitely a must do in anywhere in Tuscany.
This was our favorite day in Italy. So much fun! The wine tasting and lunch was by far more enjoyable than expected. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

The entire experience was wonderful start to finish! Our vespa tour guide, octavio, was super helpful with instructing us on how to safely drive the vespa. When we got to the winery for the tasting, the staff there was very friendly and the food and wine were wonderful. Highly recommend this experience!

This was so much fun, Alex - Our Guide was amazing! He took care of us, was great at leading the group and shared interesting history :) This was my first time driving a vespa, but im a motorcyclist so Alex helped me by explaining the differences and i felt safe behind the wheel in no time!! :) As a solo traveler it was a perfect thing to do to meet people from different places around the world, The wine tasting and lunch was delicious, we had a great somelier as well🤌 The whole process went smoothly, amazing team, Thank you for the ride :)
