From the online booking, the pick-up point, until we were dropped off again, it was very well organized. Also nice to have a coffee stop and still have time for the town of St. To go to Moritz. The guide was friendly and likable. The train journey was incredibly beautiful!! We didn't want to miss this!
It was a very well organised trip and Cristina the guide was excellent and very good ensuring you knew next steps etc. The only thing that spoilt it was we joined the coach later (connection from Lake Como). Whilst the connection was smooth, families already on the coach had decided they wanted a window seat each. More than one family had done this so we were unable to sit as a couple as loads of single seats left. I think the company should ensure for those joining later on the journey, they have these reserved and have more control over other customers taking up seat as we’ve all paid a decent price to be there! We asked the one person if they could move and sit with one of the people they were with but they refused. The only other issue was being pushed and shoved to get on Bernina express, but this is the behaviour of the young adults coming up from behind you and not the fault of the company/trip itself. I would recommend as the trip, scenery, Cristina and the excellent coach driver made it all so worthwhile.
They canceled it for false reasons of bad weather. A real shame. Another operator carried out the excursion without any issues and with sun.
Dear Gustav, thank you to take a time to review our product, we don't understand wich tour you messed beacuse in september our Bernina activities are guarantee every day. Frigerio Viaggi
You bus to St. Moritz Switzerland . Then take train back to Tirano Italy . Train ride is about 2.5 hours.
What a great day, yes it was a long day but the scenery and train ride overrides the early morning start. Well organized and guide gave clear instructions and tips for the day to run smoothly. This experience was one of the best we have done.
A fantastic trip but be prepared for a very very long day. Coach journey with a 40 min stop. Sounded great until you had to queue 30 mins to purchase a ticket for a coffee. At least 3 other coaches stopping at the same time. Ridiculous. However, St Moritz was beautiful. Tour guide very pleasant and professional.
Definitely a bucket list experience. Long day but worth it. Our guide was very informative and interesting.
Excellent value for the money. Bus driver and guide were great
I was happy to take this trip but because of my husband's expired documents I couldn't, I'm sorry and it happened
