Instead of the 2h trip announced, we had 4h one way, exhausting! so we didn't have time to see the front of the Cholula pyramid. your photo is very appealing and well, we didn't see it, it's unacceptable! Furthermore, the place for the meal is imposed even though we pay (not included), it was dreadfully bad! The guide was nice, but well, a schedule not followed, a bad meal, and Puebla, the title of your excursion, done at a run... We don't feel like we discovered Puebla, no moment of freedom. In short, a catastrophic outing, I do not recommend it!! To be done with another organization. Big disappointment.
We are very sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify that lunch is not included in the tour price. Our team recommends a highly rated buffet restaurant that is convenient for the group’s schedule; however, eating there is never mandatory, and guests are free to choose another option. Regarding transportation times, these may vary considerably depending on traffic and road conditions between Mexico City, Puebla, and Cholula. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control. This is a shared group tour, so specific times must be followed at each stop in order to keep the itinerary moving for all participants. We also offer a private tour option at a significantly higher price, which allows for more time, flexibility, and a personalized itinerary. We sincerely regret that traffic and time limitations affected your experience. We will take your comments into consideration to improve how we communicate transportation times, the duration of each stop, and dining options.
