From Barcelona : Tossa de Mar, Coastal Path, Boat and Costa Brava
Description
Enjoy a trip to the most beautiful village on the Costa Brava, walk along a round road and sail with a small boat that enters three caves. You will see the sea from many different places! We will leave Barcelona by van for only 7 participants at 6: 15h to arrive in Tossa de Mar at 7:30h. The first stop will be at a spectacular viewpoint and then we will walk along a coastal path with spectacular views of the Costa Brava to finish visiting the old part of Tossa de Mar, with medieval walls. There will be free time for breakfast. At 10 am we will sail on a small glass-bottomed boat. The boat will enter three caves and reach Cala Giverola. There you can get off the boat and enjoy that beach as long as you want and return to Tossa whenever you want with another boat. The journey to Giverola takes 40 minutes, the way back to Tossa takes 20 minutes. You will have 4h of free time! At 15h we will return to Barcelona to arrive at 16:30h

Itinerary
We will leave Barcelona at 6: 15h to arrive at 7:30h to Tossa de Mar. If your hotel is in La Eixample, I will pick you up from your hotel or from a location nearby.
We will reach an elevated viewpoint overlooking the Costa Brava and Tossa de Mar. Then with the van, we will go to another point of Tossa de Mar to start a walking route along the Costa Brava for 2.5km / 1.55 mi, with positive elevation of 90m / 295 feet with spectacular views of the Costa Brava and no other tourists.
At 9:30 am there will be free time and at 10 am we will sail with a small boat with glass bottom and that enters three caves. The round trip is 1h. The return to Tossa with the boat is whenever you want. You can return with the same boat or every 30 minutes there is another boat that picks up those who stay in Cala Giverola.
At 11 am the boat will arrive to this beach and you will have free time until 15h we return to Barcelona. You can be on this beach for as long as you want and return to Tossa de Mar with the boat whenever you want.
At 15h we will leave for Barcelona (100km) to arrive at 16 : 15h

AMAZING!!! Albert did a great job! I absolutely loved this Costa Brava excursion! The tour was so well organized, informative, and enjoyable without ever feeling rushed. Albert shared lots of interesting little details that really brought the places we visited to life. Communication throughout the day was excellent, and I especially loved the perfect mix of guided time and free time to explore and enjoy everything at our own pace. A beautiful experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Albert was awesome! He was accommodating and picked us up right near our hotel. He was full of energy, very knowledgeable, and took extra time to feed local animals and provide us with fish food. It was so fun, he gave us free time at the end and we were able to enjoy the beach and the city! I would recommend this tour to anyone, just keep in mind there is a small hike in the beginning, so just make sure your able to go uphill and stairs.
Wow! What an incredible experience. Totally different feel than being in the city & it really was such a relaxing day! Albert was knowledgeable & friendly & had towels, goggles & fish food for us! He even brought treats for the stray cats we saw. The “hike” in the beginning does go up a big hill and there are optional spots that you don’t need to climb but recommend being in good physical health. Otherwise, this was our favorite day of our trip so far!
Great Tour! If you’re coming to Tossa de Mar Albert is the one to go with. Everything from the service, his vibe and the experience were top tier. I felt as if I was walking around the town with a friend not a guide. 10/10 would recommend.

Alberto was phenomenal! He was punctual and helpful providing goggle, towels, and water. He filled us with knowledge and provided a walking tour where we would have never gone. Lots of uphill walking so be prepared. We were given free time to explore the boat ride onto another beach or stay in the city. Highly recommend to everyone! One of the most amazing places I’ve been.
