Magnificent moment

This guided tour was great… Maria walked us along Boston's Freedom Trail with a small group of French people, all equipped with earpieces allowing us to follow her even from a distance while listening to all her commentary on the different sites, but especially on the entire history of Boston. A beautiful 2.5-hour walk through this beautiful city at a pleasant pace to enjoy the sites. Do not hesitate if you wish to discover Boston along this path crossing the city…

A French guided tour of the freedom trial

We had a wonderful guided tour to cover Boston downtown main sight seeings and secrets. My family does not speak English so it was very helpful. Maria was also keen to address all of our questions.i have been living here for 2 years but this tour gave a lot of perspective around the history and all the festivities. All information and comments were well documented. Maria is also such a lovely person. We had a great time and recommend warmly.

A must-see visit for Francophones in Boston!

I was looking for a guided tour to introduce a passing friend to Boston’s history, and Maria’s guided tour along the Freedom Trail far exceeded my expectations. What a nice surprise! Maria is an exceptional guide. Her mastery of Boston’s history is impressive: she is full of tasty anecdotes about the places, buildings and people that have shaped this city and beyond, an entire nation. We don’t just “see” the sites, we understand them, we feel them, we really project ourselves there. What makes this visit so unique is the perfect pace Maria knows how to impose. You just don’t see time passing! She mixes with talent the great dates of American history and the small human stories that make the story alive and captivating. At each stop on the trail, we leave with a new nugget in mind. And icing on the cake: everything happens in French, which is rare and precious in Boston. It is a real comfort to be able to grasp everything in nuances, ask questions and exchange freely. Whether you are visiting Boston or have lived there for years, this visit with Maria is an experience not to be missed. I warmly recommend it to all Francophones curious about history. Thank you Maria for this beautiful discovery!

Wonderful tour of Boston with Maria who took us through three centuries of history in half a day.

Maria knows Boston at her fingertips and knows how to interest everyone. I myself was with high school students, they learned a lot and appreciated Maria’s informed comments. An incredible walk along the path to freedom and through the picturesque neighborhoods of Beacon Hill and Back Bay. She knows how to show you secret places and transports us into the rich 17th century history of Boston. I highly recommend it.

Historic family tour!

We had a great time as a family on our Freedom Trail tour with Maria. From the beginning, she was warm, caring and truly passionate about Boston’s history. Along the way, she captivated our 7- and 10-year-olds with a host of fascinating stories about the city and the American Revolution. Maria has an impressive knowledge of the subject. She took the time to answer all our questions and adapt her speech to the rhythm of the family. We highly recommend this tour with Maria to anyone who wants to discover Boston in an authentic, rewarding and enjoyable way. A memorable experience that truly brings history to life!
