Guide did not work and we had to go far out of our way to get the useless audio guide.
allegation is not correct. audio guide worked perfectly without any problem controlled by our support team. if there was a problem in customer's mobile to run the apps they can contact with us and will solve willingly. but this customer did not contact with us. we are always ready to support customer. thank you.

Terrible experience with voucher. Not clearly labeled. Walked a mile to redeem for ticket, but that consisted of emailing back and forth at a counter. Why not do all this electronically? Label voucher in big letters: This is not a ticket. You must redeem this voucher to gain entry.
