Don’t book
When booking i put in my hotel for transportation. It did not pick or drop us off at that location. The contact person lied and stated the driver had additional people to pick up with they didn’t. During the activity the workers rush us. They wasn’t attentive. The final zip line you get stuck and they didn’t help you get back.
Operator response
Good afternoon. You stated that the driver did not pick you up; however, we did pick you up at your hotel—specifically at the entrance of the Bahía Príncipe. You went on the excursion, and now you are asking for a refund, even though you actually took the trip; I have proof that you were there and were happy with it.

It was a great...
It was a great experience! We went on 8 different zip lines across the ranch, each lasting a few seconds. Everything felt very safe, and the staff were friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it.
