People should be warned that Wingly promises and does not deliver. I booked a flight for the Baie de Somme. No pilot was available. They refused to reimburse me (€258) and said I had to accept a gift card. They failed to deliver and kept my money. I do not want to do business with such people.
The trip was booked for the Sunday morning at 9am, they texted to cancel it at 6am the same day, saying the refund will be processed. I have sent three messages through Tripadvisor to them and still no refund or reply. I have also called and left voice messages. I have had to go to my credit card now to try and get nearly £330 back for something they have not delivered but kept my money.

The flight was wonderful. We felt really save because beforehand there was a lot of good communication about the wheelchair and personnel attention to our needs. We can recommend this others as well.
