Amazing- do it as many times as possible! Coolest experience to date!
Hands down the coolest experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been on dolphins tours in Pensacola, whale tours in Washington/Canada and this is by far the coolest experience. We got to see Venus, the milky way, several constellations, up close encounter with a glowing manatee and dolphin. Thousands of jumping fish which looked like a laser light show. Our guide was spectacular. A nearby guide from a different outfit sounded like a drill sergeant taking 1st graders on a field trip- we definitely won the lottery with our guide. The trip would not have been the same without Brian. O appreciate guides who don’t overshare but gives you the interesting information you need to fully enjoy the experience. We did this on our last night in town- had we done it before I would have made the drive to do it every single night. It’s super difficult to photograph with a cell camera but I’ll share the photos I was able to capture. The in person experience is insane compared to these pics.

Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience with the best guide named Freedom! We were also accompanied by a new guide on her first day, named Chance, and she was absolutely amazing, despite it being her first tour! Freedom was extremely nice, and knew the area super well, which helped ease everyone’s mind on the bioluminescent tour. I would highly recommend choosing Freedom and Chance as your guide!!

The 8th wonder of the world!
Absolutely amazing experience! The guides were very friendly, informative, and helpful. We were lucky enough to see a launch while kayaking. The water was magical, and so peaceful. Highly recommend this trip!

So cool!
We had so much fun! We were surprised by how much we saw light up in the water and our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. It was a great time stargazing too. Would definitely book again!!

Best Trip and Guide We Could Ask For
My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience. We have experienced the bioluminescence before in Jamaica but this was next level. We were spoiled by being the only ones on the tour, and our guide, Brian, pulled out all the stops. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the species in the area and had an answer for all of our questions, from how long dolphins can hold their breath to how the mangrove trees reproduce by propagules. Brian took us to all the places we were most likely to see awesome stuff. We saw the 'trifecta' of creatures on our tour: an alligator, manatee, and dolphin. Brian even knew what specific alligator we were looking at and how long it had been residing in that area!
Of course, the bioluminescent dinoflagellates were the star of the show. The real-life magic of these glowing blue organisms cannot be overstated. You can see every single fish dart through the water, leaving a sparkling trail - and there are TONS of them. It is so unbelievably peaceful just gliding through the glowing water in the clear night.
The conditions were optimal when we went - lovely temperature even with long sleeves on, light winds, and a new moon. We did not have an issue with mosquitos or other annoyances on the water despite being August, though there were some in the parking lot area. Nothing bug spray couldn't ward off.
In sum, this trip is nothing short of magical. It was worth the hour drive from Daytona and far beyond that. If you're anywhere near this area, it is an absolute must. I would do this a hundred times over.

Awesome!
Three of us did the bioluminescent tour and it was awesome! We happened to go on a very dark night and the glow in the water was fantastic. Every stroke of the paddle lit up a bright blue. We saw lots of fish and even sting rays swimming in the water and leaving a glowing trail. There was a very light rain and every raindrop glowed when it hit the water. The effect was amazing. We were lucky enough to see a manatee even which I believe is rare at night. Our guides, Lucas and Gavin were the best. They were knowledgeable, professional and very good at their jobs. One person in my group cannot swim and had never kayaked. She felt perfectly safe and thoroughly enjoyed the experience thanks to the expertise of Lucas. I cannot recommend the bioluminescent tour with Florida Adventurer enough. It’s a bucket list trip.

Magical, memorable and unique experience
What a magical experience! It was super easy to purchase tickets, even last minute, and Terrance was a great guide. He was welcoming, funny, thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful. I will absolutely be recommending the experience to anyone I can. The night we went was a "10/10" one for bioluminescence, even with a bright moon, and the air and water were the perfect warmth. Our group was expected to be 12, but only 5 of us showed up, and it really was fantastic. It was amazing to see not just the glow as we moved our paddles or as the kayaks bounced on the waves, but to see fish and rays illuminated briefly like ghosts in the water as they darted around. Learning more about the history and the science from Terrance made it even more memorable.

Chasing Bioluminescence under the stars
Such a fun night under the stars! The waters were calm. We expected more bioluminescence waters (like the pictures), but we saw a bunch of jumping fish and learned a lot from our guide “Terrence” about the history & ecosystem! Thank you 💦
