Florence Vintage Fiat 500 Tour: Tuscan Hills, Food & Chianti Wine

Absolutely loved this. The drive was lovely, with many fun facts given by the leaders. Lunch was special on the hillside. My husband has a difficult time walking because of a lung disease, yet our tour leaders-Elana and Antoni, were the absolute best. We highly recommend.

This tour is a fantastic experience. Driving around the countryside of Tuscany with the wind in your hair and beautiful scenery is a must do. This tour is worth every cent. I had the most wonderful day and my tour guide Antonio looked after me. I was supposed to do the Vespa, but I was too short and I couldn’t reach the ground properly and it wouldn’t have been safe for me to drive, so Antonio stepped in and offered for me to come drive a fiat or be a passenger with him. I was solo, so I chose to be a passenger. I had a wonderful time, my own personal experience. Thankyou Antonio for your kindness and company, I had a beautiful day.

Antonio & Elena, Our bus driver, the shop mechanic, what a team! I am a car guy who has classic cars back home, my wife loved the image of Tuscany, the kids love the car & food so this package was an easy decision for everyone. Driving a classic Fiat through the hills of Tuscany, it doesn’t get any better. Cars were well maintained, They had newer electric ones if you wanted a more relaxing drive. Family of 4 with 2 young children and they fit in the back just like my ‘67 beetle back home. Gorgeous views, fantastic food & wine with a stop at a 1,000 year old church, burial of Carlo Lorenzini, the author of Pinocchio. The children and I paid our respects and thanked him for the stories while we make our own. So thank you to the entire team that put together such a wonderful memory for our family.

I would highly recommend this trip! First class from start to finish and guide our Eleanor and her partner were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The cars are in excellent condition (I wish I could have driven them all!) Very good route with lovely views of Florence and surrounding area. We took our two children (13 and 10) and though we are quite a small family the car did manage to fit us all! The experience was also enhanced by the lovely group of people we chatted and exchanged photos with that were also on the trip from all over the world. Such an enjoyable experience we’re so pleased we had!

This was a super fun experience Gabriel was super organised yet relaxed and made it fun and informative. His history knowledge was awesome. Gabriel also managed to organise me a green Fiat 500 at my request and he knew it was my birthday so he organised strawberries and everyone to sing HBD at lunch. The whole experience was fun. There are a variety of fiats to choose from from stick shift to electric to suit your needs and many motor cycles.

What a cool experience we will remember forever. We travel a lot and this was such a great memory we will never forget. Who else can say they drove through the Italian countryside in a vintage fiat? Im 6'3 I fit no problem although only the wife knew how to drive a stick so I was passenger princess for the day. Our tour guides ella and Chris were second to none. They were patient with everyone and even people who were hesitant about driving a manual ended up doing great after a quick test drive with the instructor (which everyone driving will have to do). They slso had electric fiats if all else failed anf you didnt feel comfortable with the vintage car Very safe, our route had very little traffic. We visited a beautiful monastery in addition to lunch with a few. Book it, you wont regret it. Dont forget to bring your license!

Had a great tour run by Gabrielle today. He was great at explaining the vehicles and kept things fun throughout the morning. Perfect way to explore outside the city. Driving the fiat through the hills was a highlight of the trip.

Chris was the absolute best guide, I'm going to name my next cat after him! Super knowledgeable, answered all questions we had about the cars. It was a scorching hot day and he made sure that any stops we made had good shade spots so we wouldn't die. The views were amazing and lunch was wonderful!
