Sound bath in Miami Beach
The overall experience was wonderful. For those that are doing this for their first time, bring a small blanket it does get chilly. If you are closer to the entrance doors by the vestibule, unfortunately you will hear the traffic coming in and out. It can make meditating a little difficult. We understand that is out of the Studios control.
