Pool floating brunch Accra
Food was very good but an issue was seeing the surroundings of our brunch and vast difference how this pool was very old decaying rotten tiles compared to others. Not picture worthy needing blurring edits. Also lack of polite straightforward customer service actually very rude responses during booking process i booked for 3p then last minute changed to 10am not professional. Then we were given 3 different pool address locations unbelievable as really what is ExcpGH? I've traveled to every corner of the world and sorry this was not what a floating brunch should be like.
Operator response
Good afternoon. You messaged us thanking us for a lovely time. Its an absolute shame that you did not feed any of this negative experience to us on arrival to the premises, during the experience or after yet came online to feed back negatively.
As outlined in your booking, we are a remote service that operates across 4 pools, should we need to change a location due to availability changes, we reserve the right to do so.
Regarding the rest of your feedback on pool standards, we would not be able to operate if pools are dirty or not up to standard. I am disappointed that you are stating you proceeded to swim in a dirty pool for 2 hours and said nothing to staff
Your feedback is always greatly appreciated but you could have easily reached out for help and a fair outcome for us to make any issues right yet are stating you swam in a dirty pool for 2 hours, paid and did not tell anyone except under this online review?
Any further insights on this matter is welcome.

Great Experience
We had a very good experience. My kids enjoyed being able to swim prior to our photoshoot. The environment and the pool atmosphere was perfect and luxury. The food was great my kids and my husband and I enjoyed the food. The drone experience was perfect we were able to play our own music and vibe while capturing different moments. The host were so nice and hospitable. And our pictures came out so perfect. I loved this experience and I recommend it to anyone visiting Accra.

A pleasant experience!
I’m really pleased with the floating brunch experience I booked for my birthday. The communication was clear and concise, and everything turned out beautifully—exactly as I expected. And a big thank you and compliments to the chef for the wonderful brunch!
I received my photos and footage the very next day, and I shared them with my family and friends, who loved them just as much.
Thank you again for such a memorable experience! I’ll definitely be booking again, and I’ve already recommended it to others.
