Excellent tour by Luke. Sooo interesting and fun.
I loved the detailed and very informative explanation of the tour guide! I’ve done some tours in New York and this tour with Untapped New York was really my favorite and it was really duly prepared.
This is a great tour with Richard, who is very knowledgeable about the history and architecture. Learned so much about that period in history. He kept the tour going at an easy pace, with a bathroom break. Highly recommend!
Ross was great. Highly recommend his tours
Fun and interesting tour full of history, culture and drama, led by a terrific storyteller.
The mansions are very beautiful and the area is very historic overall. One thing to note is the tour is 2 hours walking, so you have to be prepared for that no matter what weather. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
Nice day, great tour guide! My wife is a watcher of the Guilded Age streaming series and I'm a history buff and New Yorker. I learned something new today about my city.
Lots of history and stories about the era and the people who built the mansions. The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. He was also very kind to my husband who was having problems walking and keeping up with the group.
Wear comfortable shoes Wear a hat if hot and sunny Bring water Ends on 79th Street so plan getting back to your hotel if far
My 18 year old daughter and I went on the tour. The guide, Rosemary, was very knowledgeable and did a great job keeping the group together. She also did a nice job adjusting the route when it started raining. The walk was about 2 miles and took almost 2 hours. We learned a lot about how 5th Avenue became the place for the wealthy. Both my daughter and I really enjoyed it!
