Upon confirmation of the booking, we will contact each customer to finalize the details of the pickup, resolve any questions and tailor the visit to their preferences in a close and personalized way. On the day of the guided tour of the medina of Fez, the pick-up takes place at the accommodation or at some nearby meeting point inside the medina if the client prefers and that is comfortable and easy to locate. At the agreed time, your official guide will welcome you and begin the experience with a brief introductory explanation, accompanying you with professionalism and closeness to discover safely and quietly the most labyrinthine medina in the world. Getting into Fez el-Bali is about immersing yourself in an environment full of history, where its streets, sounds and aromas create a unique experience. Having a guide is key to getting your bearings and enjoying yourself without worry.

The visit begins with a stop at the elegant Madrasa Al-Attarine, a true jewel of Merini architecture. In this place full of harmony and detail, the guide enthusiastically reveals its history, its function in traditional teaching and the secrets that turn this space into one of the most refined works in the city, inviting you to appreciate every corner with a new look.

The Chaouara Tanner Workshop is one of the most famous symbols of the Medina de Fez. Here, artisans work leather in traditional ways in huge dye pits, creating products such as bags, shoes and belts, using techniques that have been handed down for generations. During the visit, travelers can observe the entire tanning process, admire the vibrant colors of the dyes and learn the history of this millennial craft, one of the most authentic experiences of daily life in Fez.

Seffarine Square is one of the most lively and traditional spaces in the Medina de Fez. Surrounded by workshops of artisans who work metalworking, especially copper and brass, the square is a place where the sound of hammering and daily activity create an authentic and vibrant atmosphere. Travelers can watch artisans craft traditional objects, learn about these ancient techniques and enjoy the bustle of local life in one of the most iconic corners of Fez.

The tour with the guide follows a structured base that guarantees a complete and well organized visit. However, in our company we give priority to the customer experience, valuing their interests, pace and suggestions above all else. Therefore, the itinerary can be slightly adapted during the visit, incorporating minor modifications according to the preferences of the group, without this affecting the essential content or the main points of interest and curiosities of the tour. During the tour, you will fully enjoy the streets, the souks, the local life and the different corners of the city, accompanied at all times by a professional at your disposal. An experience designed so you can discover the authenticity of the environment in comfort, security and without worry.

At the end of the visit, after a tour in which the guide has dedicated all his efforts to offer the best possible experience, with customer satisfaction being one of our main objectives, the possibility of accompanying travelers back to the starting point or to their hotel is offered. Also, considering that the visit usually coincides with lunchtime, we can also help guide or accompany customers to somewhere they wish to eat, thus facilitating a comfortable and pleasant continuation of their day.
