It sounds like your second trip to Abu Dhabi was a success, especially with Viator's assistance! It's always great when things go smoothly, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience without any hassles. Thanks for sharing your positive review
We were supposed to receive the tickets by email or WhatsApp up to 24 hours before our scheduled date but never received them. We waited and had to call the company to have the company send them a couple hours before we planned to arrive. The description said guaranteed to skip the lines but the tickets they sent did not include the fast pass.
We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with your ticket delivery and the missing fast pass. It's essential that such services provide the tickets as promised, including any fast pass or line-skipping benefits mentioned in the description. We recommend reaching out to the company again to address this issue and request a refund or a solution to make up for the missing fast pass. Your feedback is valuable, and we hope your next experience is smoother and more enjoyable.
Description is a lie. It's misleading and doesn't guarantee what is offered. Never heard back from them.
We sincerely apologize for any disappointment and frustration you experienced with our service. Your feedback is essential, and we are committed to addressing the issues you've raised. We understand the importance of accurate and reliable information, and we're sorry if the description did not align with your expectations. We will investigate this matter further to ensure our descriptions are clearer and more transparent.
Price quality ratio definitely not justified For certain railways too long waiting times Honestly, by and large disappointed
