Best place to visit!
If you have $300 dollars and want an amazing experience in Thailand Phuket, this is the place to go! Amazing place to see and watch elephants bathe and eat and you can even feed them! My favorite part was when you got to make these rice bowls for the elephants and bananas.
I also want to thank our guide Siri, for being an excellent information source to the elephants. They have multiple views for photos and videos, like it’s not even real! The park where the elephants are is like straight out of a fantasy movie! I also want to thank the staff and other workers for putting in time so we could go. Great for the money, and for my experience, great for the kids. -from Manny C

10 out of 10 ethical experience
Fantastic couple of hours. We were picked up on time from our hotel by a lovely driver who stopped off for a photo opportunity en route. Clean and spacious bus. The elephant sanctuary was so lovely. Our guide, Siri, spoke excellent English, was so approachable and informative and was happy to answer any questions. We did not feel rushed and got quite close to the elephants and learnt about their rescues and daily life. We have a 5yr old and a 14yr old and they both loved it. The 1.5 hr tour was enough for us and we loved feeding the elephants bananas but respected the no bathing, no riding and no touching the elephants. When you hear about their back stories you will understand why. The work they do at the sanctuary is amazing and it’s such a shame that they need so much money to rescue these beautiful creatures from cruelty. Was fantastic to support the project and would recommend to all, young and old. The caretakers were patient and kind and willing to help with family photos. Complimentary Thai tea and coffee at the beginning, clean toilets, a gift shop and were all given a bottle of water before the tour. Places to wash hands too. If it rains they have welly boots and umbrellas etc to lend you.

Bukit Elephant Park, a pleasant discovery ❤️
A short but truly unforgettable experience! For about 15 minutes we had the opportunity to feed the elephants with bananas and watermelon, experiencing an exciting moment in full respect of these magnificent animals. Upon arrival they welcomed us with an excellent Thai coffee or tea, while at the end of the activity we were offered water, a very appreciated gesture. The staff was friendly, helpful, and well organized. If you visit Phuket, the Bukit Elephant Park is an experience that I absolutely recommend!

An unforgettable, yet ethical experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I can’t recommend this elephant sanctuary enough. Every elephant here has been rescued from a life of cruelty and hard labor, and seeing them living freely and happily is something I’ll never forget.
Our guide, Gift, was incredible. She struck the perfect balance between education and experience. She taught us about the dark reality of elephant tourism and how these gentle giants are often enslaved and abused, while also sharing each elephant’s unique story and personality. It was powerful, emotional, and deeply respectful.
The whole visit was beautifully run and thoughtfully planned, with just the right mix of learning, activity, and interaction. There was no unnecessary waiting, and everything flowed naturally. Each elephant also has a dedicated caretaker who clearly loves and understands them, spending every day ensuring their comfort and happiness.
What makes this place truly special is knowing that every visit directly supports both the care of current rescues and the rescue of more elephants in the future. The elephants live in wide, open spaces where they can roam freely, eat well, and simply be elephants.
If you want a genuine, ethical, and heartwarming elephant experience, support this sanctuary instead of the unethical ones that still chain, beat, and exploit these amazing animals. This place restores your faith in what animal tourism should b

Smooth and amazing encounter with gentle giants
We wanted to see Thai elephants in their natural habitat and the closest easiest sanctuary/conservatory is Bukit Park in Phuket. We booked online £10 for seeing and feeding elephants and its so well organised. We travelled via taxi which we booked personally via Grab and reached Bukit 20 mins from our hotel. There is free water, cold towel, coffee/thai tea upon arrival. The experience is well planned, not rushed and the staff takes photos for your family too. Each family is given a basket of bananas (each family member) to feed the elephants. You can touch the elephants gently as well. Lasted 30 - 40 mins. There is a souvenir shop on site with lovely items.

A great trip. Definitely recommend.
This was such a great trip. Our guide was excellent, very informative and a great communicator. The elephants are well looked after and it was nice to get so close (but ethically). All of the staff were lovely and the whole trip was amazing. We weren’t rushed around and there were plenty of photo opportunities.
Good luck with continuing the great work you do.

A delightful elephant encounter
We were eager to experience something unique that we couldn’t do back home in New Zealand, so visiting the elephants was top of our list. Despite being in a bit of a rush, we were glad we chose the 15-minute elephant feeding experience. It was fantastic!
On arrival, we were welcomed with a complimentary Thai tea or coffee— the tea was especially delicious and sweet. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout. The elephants themselves were gentle, slow-moving, and eager to eat bananas right out of our hands, making it a truly memorable and hands-on experience.
The venue offers much more, from feeding the elephants to lunch and even cooking classes, so there’s something for everyone. But for us, the brief feeding session was perfect and truly special. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get up close and personal with these gentle giants!
