Terrible experience for friend and family, son with special needs. Pre-booked reservation to ensure boat was enclosed. Staff gave enclosed boat away for a high tip and left this family waiting for over 1-1/2 hours for boat. Poor customer service then harassed friend until she had to block owner on social media. Would not recommend, I'm sure there are others who would better appreciate the business and act professionally.

After a quick tutorial, the boats are SO easy to operate and just a delight! Cruising around Lido Island was a breeze... the views, of course, glorious - getting to play lookie-loo at the rich people houses and yachts is always fun LOL - and taking it out on a Wednesday at 6:00pm made for a beautiful sunset cruise with very little harbor traffic. There's even a scannable map app that shows exactly where you are in the harbor making it impossible to get lost! Everyone - including the booking team in the office - was super friendly, accomodating and professional. It's definitely my new go-to for a quick attitude reset!
The staff was friendly from start to finish and even with all my questions and concerns. My family and kids enjoyed the entire boat ride. As for the boat, it was very clean with no rips or tears on the seats, over all a wonderful experience!

Staff great and made sure I knew how to drive the boat. Make sure you buy the Mr and Mrs Captain Hats. The other boaters see you in those and get out of your way. Best part the boats are all super clean and new! Best way to see the harbor and they even validate your parking!
