We enjoyed the itinerary and the guide. He was knowledgeable and personable. The tour bus was comfortable and convenient for me as a slightly disabled person
Kevin was so personal and his knowledge about Alaska and Fairbanks was amazing. Plenty of time at each place we visited was sufficient to see everything. Kevin was always willing to take our pictures. Would definitely take another tour with Heart of Alaska tours!!
Great tour guide, John. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Loved the museums and Pioneer Park was charming - old historical buildings relocated from Fairbanks city.
John was very accommodating. Allowed the group to stay longer at different spots if they wanted. Suggested food options for lunch was extremely knowledgeable without being at all stuffy, encouraged questions and was generally very happy to be doing his job.
An exceptional tour and guide! Jonathan was soooo knowledgeable about everything Fairbanks! You can tell he loves his city, state, history and job! Excellent communication from time of booking to end of tour. I highly recommend this tour of Fairbanks! You won't be disappointed!
This Heart of Fairbanks tour was excellent. We were picked up at our hotel promptly as promised. The rainy day didn't deter us from visiting 2 local museums, Pioneer Park and North Pole AK. Our driver kept up an informative narrative throughout the tour. He adjusted the tour destinations to maximize the outside time when it was not raining. Great way to see Fairbanks.
What a great way to see Fairbanks. Our tour driver, John, was fantastic. He was fun and shared his experience and knowledge of the area with us. Take the tour! You'll have fun!
Great tour to gain knowledge on the history of Alaska. Our tour guide, John, was exceptional. We visited the sites at a casual pace.
Our Guide Jon was great! Two of the stops were a waste of time. The North Pole was nothing but an over priced Christmas store. Pikes Park was a depressing old run down village. Must be better things to do in Fairbanks.
***Update on my review entitled, Read and Decide for yourself I posted a review days ago and was immediately contacted by the tour operator, Kevin. He genuinely wants his guests to have a wonderful experience and promised to address our concerns. I have no doubt that he will ensure no other guests have anything but a positive excursion. Kevin's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in the way he addressed our concerns. Hee made things right.
