We had the most incredible day and experience with our driver George. We hired him for 10 hours of private transport to Ek Balam, lunch and 2 cenotes. He was so incredibly thoughtful and took care of us as though we were his own family. He speaks perfect English which was helpful for my family members who don't speak Spanish. He recommended a cenote that ended up being our favorite and also recommended a great place for lunch. He even gave us extra time to walk around the plaza at Valladolid and bought us some Mexican sweets. It was wonderful being on a private tour where we could stop as needed, since we have kids. When we needed a bathroom or drinks or anything he was so patient and accommodating. He also took a ton of excellent family pictures for us and sent them to us via Whatsapp. He would walk us into different sites and help us find our way, even though that wasn't really a requirement of the private driver service. Really George just went so above and beyond and he gave our family an incredible experience and memories. We highly recommend him for anyone looking to have a customized, awesome Yucatan experience!
