The tour did not match...
The tour did not match what was booked.
Without any notice or explanation, the operator - surely for not wanting to cancel it and thus lose the quantity of the reservation - entrusted the execution to another company, which did not comply with the established program and by us contracted.
Unfair procedure - which I hope will be duly sanctioned by Viator, excluding this entity from its platform.
Otherwise, it will be me losing confidence in Viator - no longer booking tours through you

Excellent day exploring Puerto Varas area
Interesting and full day...couple of little lake cruises, glorious waterfalls, and time for a good walk from the base of the ski lifts on the Osorno volcano
