I had a great time biking with my guide, Paul. I was provided an e-bike with a pouch on the bike to store my belongings. We stopped in the middle for some lovely hot chocolate before heading back. It took just under 2 hours for the entire trip. I had enough energy to bike further, but I was satisfied with my bike ride! Cost was on the pricer side, but I think that's to be expected in Norway. Best for anyone who wants a taster of biking in Norways mountains!

This is a great day trip from Bergen! The train ride to Myrdal takes a scenic journey through the mountains. The bike ride was great - very much a once in a lifetime experience. Our tour guide, Paul, was knowledgeable and helpful. I am not a super outdoorsy person and this was easy and fun for me - just bring your raincoat!
The experience is well-organised: you get all the info and the train ticket some days before so that you can organise and prepare for the day. Paul was an incredible guide, he was experienced, calm and he explained us a lot about the place and its history while we were doing the ride. Also, the ride is not too long and easily doable thanks for the e-bike. Much appreciated!
I spent an absolutely wonderful day by train from Bergen and then by electric bike with Paul, through the splendid landscapes of Vatnahalsen. The path, made of gravel, is mostly flat, but includes a few climbs and descents; the electric assistance of the bike was therefore very appreciated. The route runs along lakes and rivers, and goes up ravines, including a magnificent waterfall. Halfway through, he prepared hot chocolate. It was an unforgettable ride. I highly recommend Rallar Adventures!
