My family and I had a great first time in Bali with our driver, Gusti! He's very friendly and chill, and flexible about plans. He's from Bali, so he's very knowledgeable about the island, and suggested different places, experiences, restaurants, and shopping. My favorites were the monkey forest and elephant sanctuary in Ubud! He's an expert on navigating the chaotic bali roads safely. The car was spacious, clean, air conditioned, and always had water bottles. I would definitely hire his services again next time I'm in Bali!

Our tour guide was Nata. What an amazing driver. I had pre booked my tickets via trip advisor for the Melukat ceremony at Tirta Empul. This was indeed the highlight for me. We had another guided tour, extremely knowledgeable and patient. What a beautiful, uplifting, spiritual experience. Nata also drove us to the Bali swing, which was also another magical experience. Walks along the markets in Ubud were also great..there are massage palours everywhere, as well as restaurants of all kinds, bars with live music and good people. I loved every moment from arrival to departure.

Agung guides are very good, help us to take a lot of photos, but also to prepare two bottles of mineral water 👍🏻 very pleasant experience Bali is great, thanks to this platform to provide such a quality of service

Our family had a wonderful time with Widi. He was not only an excellent driver fluent in English, he was also very knowledgeable about the landmarks, the country and its people in whole. On top of that, when my daughter started reacting to the strong sun rays, he independently stopped at the pharmacy and got her a relieving medication. He was so thoughtful. Thank you, Widi!

Excellent driver Agung, fluent in English & very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the company & driver for any tours

Because I opted to split the three tour days instead of doing them succesively, I had a different driver for my last day. This is why the tour did not get a perfect score for me - but more about that later. Let's start with the good. Widi was an exceptional driver and guide. He would point out various interesting things while driving, like statues, temples and even everyday Balinese customs and explain them or their story. When we arrived at the destination, Widi would accompany me and guide me. He was very knowledgeable and it was very interesting getting this information for all the points. Furthermore he was very polite and attentive, opening doors, dropping me of near the entry while he parked the car, checking to see if I needed something (water, to use the bathroom, hungry, ...) and well prepared. I received a text the evening before the tour (both days) with the details of the following day, and on the first day I received a picture of the license plate so I could easily locate the car. He picked me up just outside the hotel lobby. He also helped me get some amazing photos! My driver on day three, Sunarta, was unfortunately pretty much the opposite. He did not pick me up at the lobby, but had me come find him in the parking area. I did not get any water even though this is clearly mentioned as included in the listing. I received near to no information about what we were going to visit next (a name, but nothing more), how long it would take to get there, etc. Sunarta did not accompany me to any of the four locations, did not give any information or guidance about the location. In the first location (heaven's gate) he said he was not allowed to go in with me. This proved untrue as almost everyone inside was accompanied by their guide. He was basically a very expensive driver. He waited in the car and sent me on my way, and that was that. At one point he even asked me if I had cash to pay for one of the tickets, because he did not get enough and needed an ATM first. We were already at the ticket desk of the location at this point (I booked/paid the all inclusive tour). The carrides were spent in silence. While the first two days were great and better than expected, the last day was a very big let down. As for the itinerary - most places were lovely and well worth visiting. A few were not really worth the time in my opinion (Handara gate had a 1 hour line for a photo, while it is basically just a golf course, not a temple. Virgin beach is okay, but all in all it's just a beach, Tegenungan Waterfall is pretty, but very crowded - the much less visited leke leke is way nicer!). A few extra things to keep in mind: handara gate (as mentioned before), wanagiri hill (short waiting line) and heaven's gate (2 hours wait) are in essence fancy instagram spots (though lempuyang temple IS beautiful, you can't see much of it and most of your time is just waiting to get that heaven's gate picture)
