Explore Amirsoy, Chimgan & Charvak – A Full-Day Mountain Tour

Great day out, with stunning scenery, and a fantastic guide (Bek) who was great fun - but is also very knowledgeable about Uzbekistan. The highlight was walking around the mountains at the top of the cable car. It's a shame I couldn't persuade more people to swim in the lake with me!

Great experience with a very knowledgeable tour guide. He spoke English very well, and helped every single person in our tour order food at lunch, get around all of the locations with no friction. He was engaging, answered all of our questions, and made it a fun time for everyone involved! Amirsoy itself is under a lot of construction currently, however the mountains were breathtaking. I hope in the future the paths for walkin are a bit clearer, but this is more of a reflection on the construction at the time and not necessarily the tour guide. Outstanding experience overall, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent area

A fantastic full-day tour from Tashkent! Amirsoy impressed with its scenery, Chimgan with its wild nature and fresh air, and Charvak Reservoir with its stunning turquoise water. A special shout-out to our guide, Odil. He truly loves his region and knows how to share that passion. He told us so much about history, culture, and traditions, answered all our questions, and made sure everyone was comfortable. With him the trip felt easy, fun, and safe. Organization was top-notch: punctual hotel pickup, comfortable transport, well-planned stops for photos and lunch. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the best of Uzbekistan's mountains in one day. And be sure to ask for Odil as your guide — he will make your day special!

Trip was good to see scenery outside Tashkent. Enjoyed Amirsoy cable car. Odil, our guide, took us to a good restaurant at the base of the cable car, where the whole group were able to order and pay for their own meals. Chimgan was interesting to see, but frankly I didn’t fancy the Soviet-era chairlift or horse riding, so that stop was somewhat wasted on me. The lake was scenic.

I had a wonderful experience on the Amirsoy, Chimgan and Charvak day tour. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the whole trip was well organized from start to finish. From picking us up from our hotel, to arriving and leaving our destination, up to going back to our accommodation. Everything was seamless for a crowd of 16 people. We were given 2 and a half hours which is an ample time to roam around and take pictures and experience Amirsoy. The cable car was a great experience and it gave me a motivation to go back and experience it again in winter. The Chimgan ride going up to the mountain was such a thrill. And lastly Charvak gave me the cool down that I needed as the lake gave me a calming view to chill and relax. The admission fee or fare for each location were very reasonable and would not hesitate to go back again. This trip is best for every season with family and friends and even for solo traveler to meet new people. And lastly, I would really like to commend Bek for being a great tour guide during our trip. He is so well informed and well versed with regards to our itinerary and his instructions were easily understood for us to have a smooth experience. He is very attentive to each one of us and asking as every time if there is something we need. He is also very kind, accommodating and inclusive. It feels like I’m just having a trip with a good friend who is a local in that area. Will definitely book again this tour next time to experience winter and spring and would surely recommend this to my friends and colleagues.

Wonderful trip. Prompt pick and drop at the hotel. Our guide Odil did an excellent job of taking care of us. Handled our food preferences, recommended dishes, ensured local activity agents don’t fleece us. We were back at the hotel by six.
