Our cooking class offers an authentic, hands-on experience that goes beyond just following recipes. You'll explore a bustling local market, uncover hidden culinary secrets, and learn traditional techniques passed down through generations. During the experience, you will indulge in a mini coffee tasting featuring Vietnam’s most beloved brews: salted coffee, egg coffee, and coconut coffee. Pick one of those types to enjoy as part of the dessert section. Plus, you'll savor homemade liquors, hear folk tales, and take home a recipe book—ensuring the flavors of Vietnam stay with you long after the class ends! Every passenger who books with us will contribute to our charity meals for pediatric patients in central Hanoi hospitals.
