The office in Santa Claus Village is located to the left of Santa’s Reindeer. The City Office in the center of Rovaniemi is located at the intersection of Valtakatu and Koskikatu. Please check in at the front desk inside the office with a member of staff. Please inform us at least 48 hours before the start of the activity which office you will be arriving at, unless you specified the meeting location at the time of booking. Missing the meeting time or location will result in a missed activity, and no refund will be provided.

Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing self-liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the start of the tour.
