Description
Your Marrakech-Essaouira excursion begins with a pick-up from your hotel or riad. You'll travel through the beautiful plains of the Al Haouz region, offering an authentic glimpse into rural Moroccan life, with a first stop in Chichaoua for a relaxing break. The journey continues through the famous argan forest, with a photo stop to observe (if you're lucky) the goats climbing the trees. A second stop is planned before arriving in Essaouira to visit a local cooperative. Upon arrival in Essaouira, also known as Mogador, enjoy its peaceful atmosphere and exceptional coastal scenery, with approximately four hours of free time to explore the city at your own pace. After the visit, meet your guide for the return trip to Marrakech, with a restroom break, before being dropped off at your hotel or riad.

It was a very nice trip to Essauri, thanks to our guid Soufien who was excellent :) Very friendly, kind but very proffesional. The driver was allso top! Essaury is nice place, with beautiful beach, old fortres, nice restaurant and great energy. Don't miss it!

Departure for Essaouira Sunday, January 31, meeting in front of the café de France at 8:30 am, I arrive at 8:32 am, we wait for our guide a local asked for us to a group if he goes to Essaouira he replies that no, we harass with calls the organizer who asks us to wait it is only at 8:42 am that the guide deigns to introduce himself to us knowing that at 8:32 am they had claimed not to leave to Essaouira while it was our group. We go upstairs at 8:43 am and from there we have the right to scream and humiliate for our delay of 20 minutes! We were there on time it was he who told us not to be our contact and then insulted us, seeing a passenger understand French he starts insulting us in Arabic (we were the only Arabic speakers of the group). From there he makes the visit that in Italian and French gives us a concise summary of the visit unfortunately for him I understand Italian and so that the visit is much richer in Italian, when I ask a question he answers we will see later you do not need to know while I just ask for an info he said in Italian but not in French. Clearly he took us for fools and on the mini bus it is noted wifi provided, he provided it to all tourists except us, it was the last straw to overflow the vase, pay like the others but get insulted, humiliated, not have the visit and still be refused a service we paid!

Afin de garantir le respect de l'horaire par tous, le guide a patienté environ 20 minutes au point de rendez-vous avant de poursuivre la visite pour rejoindre les autres voyageurs. Le guide n'a insulté ni offensé aucun participant. Son intention était simplement d'expliquer que d'autres clients attendaient également et qu'il était essentiel de respecter l'horaire pour l'ensemble du groupe. Suite à votre message, nous avons contacté les autres voyageurs présents ce jour-là, et tous ont exprimé leur satisfaction quant au professionnalisme, à la gentillesse et à la qualité des explications fournies par le guide durant la visite. Concernant les langues, nos visites sont généralement multilingues et les explications peuvent être adaptées à la composition du groupe. Le guide veille toujours à partager les informations essentielles avec tous les participants. Quant au réseau Wi-Fi, il n'était pas mentionné dans la description de la visite. Nous vous prions de bien vouloir accepter nos excuses pour tout malentendu ou impression négative qui aurait pu survenir durant la journée. Votre confort et votre satisfaction demeurent notre priorité absolue. Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension et restons à votre disposition pour toute question.

Adyl, the best driver and guide we could ever ask for this trip was absolutely amazing!!! He went extra miles to make our trip to Essaouira the most authentic Moroccan experience! Million thanks to this amazing gentleman Adyl that helped us see the famous goats in the trees! I wish every activity provider in Morocco would have an Adyl.
